Bicentenary of the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh

Bicentenary of the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh, founder of the Bahá’i Faith.

This coming October, Bahá’ís around the world, together with their families, friends, neighbours and colleagues, will celebrate the bicentenary of the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the founder of the Bahá’i Faith. The Lincoln Baha'i Community invites you to join us in these celebrations! Please let us know, if you are planning to attend! Free entry!

"To Serve Humanity" is a film showing thousands of young people from neighbourhoods and villages spanning every continent, who gathered to consult on the ways in which their generation could contribute to the material and spiritual well-being of their communities.

Study Circles

We now hold Study Circles Together with friends and neighbours, Bahá’ís gather in homes and other informal settings to study and reflect upon the Bahá’í teachings pertaining to individual and societal progress. Through the study of a sequence of courses, spiritual insights are gained.

Devotional Meetings

Prayer is central to the life of Bahá’ís. Baha’is pray daily, as well as gather regularly to worship and reflect with their friends and neighbours in a diverse array of neighbourhoods and villages across the country. These gatherings engender a collective spirit of solidarity and service to the community.
